Whether you’re preparing for an amateur bout, smoker event, or sanctioned competition, this class will sharpen your tools and your mentality.
Ring Craft & Fight IQ
Learn how to control space, cut off the ring, and use angles to your advantage.
Offensive and Defensive Fight Strategies
Develop real-time combinations, setups, and counterattacks that translate to live competition.
Clinch for Competition
Train for maximum control, knee effectiveness, balance disruption, and scoring inside the clinch.
Conditioning for 3-5 Round Fights
Build fight-ready cardio with pad drills, bag work, and live situational sparring.
Sparring with Purpose
Engage in technical sparring that simulates fight tempo, with coaching feedback on timing, control, and decision-making.
Fight Preparation & Cornering Guidance

Completion of foundational Muay Thai classes (or instructor approval)
Mouthguard, shin guards, gloves, and groin protection required
